5 Great Uses for Wrapping Paper

Picture from Save on Crafts.com

Holiday wrapping is going on sale as we speak and now is the time to capitalize on those great deals. You might be thinking, "How and why would I use wrapping paper in my wedding?" Well, first of all let me clarify that I am not talking about wrapping paper with Santa, snowman, or cartoon characters on them. I am talking about beautiful "holiday" designs of stripes, solids, and other striking patterns. Also, now is the time to buy a higher quality paper made of heavy weight. They will hold up better in the long run.

These wonderful bolts of decorative paper for pennies, can be used to add lavish details to your wedding for next to nothing. Here are some of my favorite uses:
  1. Invitations, Table Number Cards, Place Cards or Favor wraps
  2. Decoupage on to containers of metal, paper mache, glass or wood
  3. Use to make petal cones to hang down the aisle or to be filled with floral materials
  4. Use to decorate cupcake cardboard trees or create a stylish table top for to feature your cake
  5. Use the cardboard tubes for making topiary trees, adding height to centerpieces, cut them down to make sachet rolls or for ribbon covered napkin rings.
The possibilities are endless and when you are only paying pennies you have to smile.
